WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within a 7 day period of the program start date

• Cancellations made within a 14 day period (and more than 7 days) are entitled to refund of 50% of the full fee minus a 10% administration and processing fee

• Cancellations made outside of a 14 day period are entitled to a refund of full fee minus a 10% administration and processing fee

• If unable to attend a workshop due to exceptional circumstances, enrollment can be shifted to a future program. Please provide a detailed explanation by writing an email to intensify.hatha.yoga@gmail.com.

General Policy

• Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a participant you agree to the terms and conditions.

• All these practices should be done under the guidance of certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher only.

• Classes will start on time, any late entry into the class is not permitted and leaving early is strongly discouraged.

• Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before class.

• Intensify Hatha Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

• You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes.

• It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

• Some programs at Intensify Hatha Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there may be a risk of personal injury when instructions are not properly followed.

• You will follow all instructions given to you by the teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

• Terms & Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.

• All promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable and cannot be shared.

• Intensify Hatha Yoga is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

• In attending classes at Intensify Hatha Yoga, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Intensify Hatha Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

• Intensify Hatha Yoga reserves the right to refuse entry.

• No shoes are allowed in the yoga space.

• Use of mobile phones is not allowed in the yoga space.

• Empty Stomach Condition before practice is mandatory for some programs as directed by the teacher (4 hrs after full meal, 2.5 hrs after snack, 1.5 hrs after beverages, 10 hrs after alcohol consumption, 45 minutes after cigarette).

• Kindly refrain from water consumption during the class.

• Kindly refrain from using the washroom during the class.

• If you have difficulty sitting cross-legged for a long time, you can bring a pillow with you. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing. It’s better to avoid wearing jewellery or any accessories which might get in your way during the practices.

• By enrolling into a program you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.
